How DO I do it?

I have a wonderful talent of which I am totally NOT proud.  What is it, you may well ask!!!

Well, it's a talent for losing things!!!  I can lose anything within two minutes of having been given it!!!  I lose tatting all the time.  So the other day I'd finished this little magnetic brooch and went off upstairs to scan it.

Simples you may think and it certainly would be for anybody else.  I lost it for nearly 24 hours!!!!  Where was it found?  In a pocket which I'd checked several times.  I reckon there are gremlins with a wicked sense of humour living in this house!!!

Jane, you can gave me a hand. I have the same problem and it happens almost every day. My solution for this problem, don't search animore because the next day it will bite you.
And that works. I don't lost time animore by searching.
I think this is something that happens to the persons who are always busy with their hands.
My rooms are overclouded with all kind of things, and in that kind of rooms I feel me at hoom

I'm familiar with those gremlins - some of their cousins live at my house!

They're everywhere! They're everywhere! I do believe it's true.

Lovely brooch... definitely put them in your shop. I'll be looking for blues and/or purples!

Hi Jane, I'm so glad you found your motif, it is lovely. I'm also glad you mentioned the gremlins in your house. A friend got a new puppy and named it Gizmo and I have been racking my brain for a couple days trying to remember the name of the movie that had a character Gizmo and you just helped me remember. The name of the movie was Gremlins. Thank you, now I can stop thinking about this. :)

Hi Jane, you are not alone Old Git, us of the same age and some much younger. We might misplace things but the others NEVER put things back where they got them from so we come along to get it and we think we misplaced something when in fact the other person never put the thing back where they got them. I can't tell you how many times I heard it's here, or if not there it's there, if not there it's someplace else. And People think we are crazy. Try living with that. The first place I always look is the refrigerator and then go back through my steps of that day. Sandy D. (Ca.)

It's somewhat comforting to know that this happens to all of us - but scary, too, when we can't remember what we did five minutes ago! What's worrisome to me is that I often leave something on the stove and forget all about it - until, of course, I smell the burning pot! (Fortunately, I've been at home!) I chalk that up to my TOTAL disinterest in cooking, rather than my having a mental problem. Not a good excuse, however, in THAT situation!

It's not bad until you realize the thing you have been looking for has been in your left hand all along.

Fascinating blog! Is your theme custom made or
did you download it from somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple adjustements
would really make my blog shine. Please let me know where you got your design. Bless you
